In our ongoing endeavor to adapt to the pandemic we have implemented alternative arrangements (like phone appointments, teleconferences and virtual meetings) so that clients need not attend at our physical offices unless absolutely necessary.
To assist us in continuing to provide optimal service while keeping everyone safe, we ask you to:
- call before entering our office to see how we can best serve you;
- make account payments either by mailing or dropping off a cheque in our office mail slots (rather than meeting with our reception), or we can accept Visa or MasterCard payments via telephone; and
- submit documents electronically or by fax whenever possible. If a physical document must be provided to us we ask that you either mail the document or drop the document off through our office’s mail slots.
