Our Fees

What you need to know:

BOOK NOW
  • We charge $300.00 for an initial meeting with our lawyers.
  • If you decide to proceed after our first meeting, we collect a retainer amount to put into trust. This acts as security for your future accounts, and is applied to your final invoice. Any amounts remaining are returned to you at the end of your file.
  • Retainers start at $1500.00
  • Files bill on an hourly basis
  • You will receive a monthly invoice outlining work completed that month
  • We accept debit, credit and cheque for payment of accounts
